Referral Program
It Starts With You: Help Grow Our Academy Community
We recognize that our current families are our best ambassadors for attracting new students to our community. To show our appreciation and support our school's growth, current Academy families will receive a $1,000 tuition credit for each new student they refer who successfully enrolls.
Eligibility Requirements:
- In order to claim a tuition credit, referring family must be up-to-date on their financial obligations to the school
- To avoid conflicts of interest, school employees are not eligible to participate
- In order to be eligible, a prospective family must be new to our admissions database and the prospective family must reference the referring family in their initial admissions inquiry
Program Details:
- Referring families may submit referrals directly to the Admission Office, which will then contact the prospective family
- Alternative incentives will be arranged for families of graduating seniors
- The $1,000 credit will be applied to the 2025-2026 academic year tuition
- Families may choose to donate their tuition credit back to Albany Academy
- Families may refer multiple students, but total credits cannot exceed a family’s tuition obligation
- All referral incentives require final approval from the Director of Admissions and Chief Financial Officer
Important Notes:
- To protect privacy, referring families will not receive updates about the prospective student's application status
- The Admission Office will manage all communication with prospective families
