At Albany Academy, the well-being of our students is at the heart of everything we do. The Health Office is here to ensure each student is supported, safe, and ready to thrive throughout the school year.
For important health policies, procedures, and required medical forms, please log into your myAcademy parent portal and navigate to the Resources tab. There, you’ll find access to August Schools, our secure student electronic medical records system. Families should use August Schools to update health information, upload physicals, immunization records, and submit necessary medical forms.

ArbiterSports Registration
Albany Academy uses ArbiterSports, a secure and user-friendly online platform, to manage physical education and athletic program registrations. This system allows you to enter your information once and store it in your family’s ArbiterSports profile for future use across multiple programs and seasons.
All Upper School students are required to register through ArbiterSports for physical education and athletics. Middle School students who plan to play on a JV or Varsity team must also complete registration.
MyAcademy Portal Login
Current families should visit the MyAcademy Portal – Health Office resource board for information about immunization requirements, medication order forms, links, and other important documents.
